Corporate Excellence workshop through Theatre

With Amma’s grace, we had a highly energetic group of MBA students taking the workshop today. We started the workshop at 10.30 a.m. and finished by 1.20 p.m. It was a powerful learning experience doing the facilitation for management students. The feedbacks were amazing and are as follows:
Team work at its best. Learnt more about coordination and time management – Planning and generation of ideas are keys to success in CT – Every small fragment was converted into a powerful idea and that is how we tasted success – Team work really helped us understand our potential – Learnt more about utilization of resources effectively – Everyone had the freedom to contribute for the success of the team – Everyone contributed from all ends to the maximum – There was a clear set of objectives defined with a good time frame to execute the production. Once we were clear about that, we performed to the fullest – Objectives, Creative ideas, full participation from all team members made us successful – Acceptance, constant innovation till the end, Everyone trying hard from their side helped us achieve better - team work and attitude to take on the role made CT successful – Creativity, Teamwork created the synergic effect in the team – Huge enthusiasm and everyone ‘s contribution made this possible – Listening to everyone’s ideas, processing it to a common conclusion made this successful – Creativity, team work and time management are the ones we learnt today – Everyone’s participation, management of resources and time management helped us come out successful – Great coordination and everyone’s contribution made everything productive – Adaptability and right kind of attitude can always make us move forward in life and we learnt it today again – We thought beyond the script and change of mind from reluctance to full participation made CT more colorful – Good team playing skills came into play with more freedom of expression and openness to listen made us deliver the script well – There was many things new to learn from CT, curiosity, eagerness to display our talents and attitude – Energy, Enthusiasm, Constant learning will give us success - - Willingness to get into action and coordinate well for the team to perform best – Proper cooperation, Utilisation of resources and Leadership are the key elements learnt today – Flexibility and adaptability are the ones that I learnt today – Eagerness to give the best, creativity and time management are the ones I saw in CT – Limited time frame helped us learn more about management today in a team – Wider ideas, Contribution from all, setting goals, freedom level, comfort level gave the production a new look and there was a healthy competition within the teams – Contribution as a team, listening to everyone’s ideas, accepting it and processing it for the goal of the team – Felt so relaxed and at the same time, was more conscious about my contribution for the success of the team – Attitude, Potential and good observation skills are the ones we learnt from CT.
At the end, student walked up to the stage and said that this is the first time that they had such a memorable and wonderful workshop where they learnt to work together as a single unit and would love to have more. They said they will do their best in the remaining 4 months and they realized the real importance of team work today.
We felt so good hearing this. What an energetic group ? May Mother bless them with rewarding careers was my prayer.
